How could babywearing make your life easier? What is the benefit for you and your baby? Which is the best baby carrier/wrap/ring sling for you? How does the baby react to different carriers / textures? How can you self-regulate and how can you co-regulate your baby's nervous system? I do offer babywearing consultancy and give information on baby carriers to be able to find the best one. I also show you somatic practices to which you can turn to regulate your nervous system and co-regulate your baby's system. Not only for mothers, I gladly consult with fathers, enby parents, grandparents, whole families, also family members with doubts with regards to babywearing. This shorter session is 1-hour long and can involve explanations on different carrier types beyond the babywearing facts and somatic practices.
