How could babywearing make your life easier? What is the benefit for you and your baby? Which is the best baby carrier/wrap/ring sling for you? How does the baby react to different carriers / textures? How can you self-regulate and how can you co-regulate your baby's nervous system? I do offer babywearing consultancy and do teach usage of different baby carriers. I take some wraps and I show how to wrap your baby using a demo doll. While we are doing it, I also show you somatic practices to which you can turn to regulate your nervous system and co-regulate your baby's system. Not only for mothers, I gladly consult with fathers, enby parents, grandparents, whole families, also family members with doubts with regards to babywearing. This full session is 2 hours long and involves explanations on different carrier types as well and if wanted, teaching some basic baby wrapping skills beyond the babywearing facts and somatic practices.
