I am Eddie, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) carrying out trauma work designed by Peter Levine.
I successfully completed Integrative Sex and Couples Certification and ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) Certification.
As Transitions Coach I help people navigate major passages in their lives.
My background is researcher, a biostatistician working in clinical studies, a former civil activist, with focus on human rights - refugees, LGBTQ and neurodiversity.
I graduated as an international relations expert specializing in the EU and applied statistics.
I am also a certified babywearing consultant since 2017, got certified at Beli Buba Babywearing School, Hungary.
I am also a student in Austria studying Energetics (kinesiology, leading meditations, relaxation, mindfullness, etc.)
I have a Hungarian blog called The nonbinary polyhistor.

My Story
As a neurodivergent person, I needed to put in much work in learning about my own bodily sensations and feelings, and as a transgender person, I had to deal with dysphoria in my life. I do have lots of therapeutic experience from the other side of the table, as a client I tried lots of methods during the last 20 years.
I became Somatic Experiencing student and then certified practicer as I saw this approach can bring real benefit.
I like to weave it all together!
I have seen lots of patterns of woven baby wraps as a babywearing consultant. Those are created from thread, we do create those from our life experiences. A thread can pull, a weave can be fixed.
As a biostatistician, I see how exposure (medical, environmental or other) affects people. We weave patterns that help us in the moment and then we stuck with them.
Let me be part of your story reworking patterns that originated from trauma responses. I am here to help creating new responses when old ones are not beneficial any more.
I intend to be available at times of main transitions of peoples' lives.
My Specialties
Although I gladly work with any identity and topic, I do have some specialties based on my experience and I do carry out continuing education in my specialty areas, all around transitions:
- Geographical/regioonal transition: expats (including refugees)
- A new birth: parents with babies/small kids / expecting parents
- Coming out and finding our place: LGBTQIA folks with special focus on gender nonconforming people
- A different type of coming out and finding our place: neurodivergent people
- Opening up, changing and maintaining relationship structures: people in nonconventional relationship structures (polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, etc.)
- Embracing a nonconventional part of ourselves: folks part of the BDSM community
