My story

As a neurodivergent person, I needed to put in much work in learning about my own bodily sensations and feelings, and as a transgender person, I had to deal with dysphoria in my life. I do have lots of therapeutic experience from the other side of the table, as a client I tried lots of methods during the last 20 years.

I became Somatic Experiencing student and then certified practicer as I saw this approach can bring real benefit.

I like to weave it all together!

I have seen lots of patterns of woven baby wraps as a babywearing consultant. Those are created from thread, we do create those from our life experiences.  A thread can pull, a weave can be fixed.

As a biostatistician, I see how exposure (medical, environmental or other) affects people. We weave patterns that help us in the moment and then we stuck with them.

Let me be part of your story reworking patterns that originated from trauma responses. I am here to help creating new responses when old ones are not beneficial any more.

I intend to be available at times of main transitions of peoples' lives.
