Small online groups with a clear arc.

Whole in One online groups are small, closed cohorts with a defined beginning and end. Each programme has a clear focus, participation frame and practical information available before you decide to join.

Each group explores a different part of everyday experience through a body-based, neurodivergent-affirming Somatic Experiencing lens.

How the groups work

Access and supported places

Small and closed

Groups usually have 5–8 participants and remain closed once the process has started. You work with the same group rather than joining a changing drop-in space.

A defined process

Depending on the programme, a group usually runs for 6–8 sessions, with sessions lasting 90–120 minutes.

The exact structure, dates and session length are shown on each programme page.

Clear participation frame

Before registering, you can read what participation involves, what choices are available, and what the boundaries of the programme are.

You do not need to share more personal information than is useful for taking part.

I aim to make participation workable for different communication, sensory and access needs wherever the format allows. Each cohort may include up to two supported-price places. Availability and the exact price options are shown on the individual programme page.

If you have an access question that would affect whether you can participate, you are welcome to ask before registering.

Before you register

Each programme page tells you:

  • who the group is designed for

  • what the programme focuses on

  • dates, session times and time zone

  • session length

  • minimum and maximum participant numbers

  • price and supported-price options

  • access and participation information

  • cancellation and missed-session rules

  • confidentiality and recording arrangements

  • the go/no-go date, where relevant

You should be able to understand the practical frame before committing.

Nothing currently open?

If there is no suitable group listed above, that does not necessarily mean the programme has disappeared. Some groups run only at particular times of year.
