Small-group weekends at Sárkányos Vajáklak

Whole in One residential programmes are small, bounded Friday-to-Sunday group processes for 5–6 participants at Sárkányos Vajáklak in Taliándörögd.

The place is part of the programme, so practical information about travel, sleeping, food, terrain and the sensory environment is available before you decide to join.

What to expect

Access and sensory information

A small, closed group

Residential programmes are designed for a small number of participants. The group remains closed for the duration of the weekend rather than functioning as a drop-in event.

A defined beginning and end

Programmes usually run from Friday to Sunday, with a clear arrival window, programme arc and closing point.

The exact schedule belongs to the individual programme page rather than being assumed across every residential.

Space for participation and rest

Structured programme time is balanced with breaks, meals and time to step away from group activity.

Participation does not mean being socially or verbally engaged all the time.

Different people need different amounts of predictability before staying somewhere overnight.

For this reason, the residential information is intended to include practical and sensory facts rather than only atmosphere or promotional photographs.

If something specific would determine whether you can participate, you are welcome to ask before registering.

The place matters

Sárkányos Vajáklak is not a neutral conference venue. It is a small place in a rural environment, and its practical realities are part of deciding whether a programme is workable for you.

Before booking, you can find concrete information about:

  • travel and arrival

  • paths, steps, terrain and weather exposure

  • sleeping arrangements and room sharing

  • bathrooms and quiet/rest spaces

  • food and known limits around dietary requirements

  • animals, insects, noise, light and temperature

  • phone coverage and connectivity

  • what to bring

  • emergency arrangements and leaving early if necessary

Food and sleeping

Programme-specific information will state what food is included and what dietary requirements can realistically be accommodated.

Sleeping arrangements are also described before registration, including whether rooms are shared and what alternatives, if any, are available for that particular weekend.

Please do not assume hotel-style accommodation.

Before you register

Each residential programme page tells you:

  • who the programme is designed for

  • the programme focus and general arc

  • dates and arrival/departure times

  • minimum and maximum participant numbers

  • price and any supported-price options

  • the go/no-go date

  • what is included

  • accommodation and food arrangements

  • access and sensory information

  • cancellation and refund conditions

  • confidentiality and recording rules

  • what happens after registration

You should have enough information to make an informed decision before committing to the weekend.

Nothing currently open?

Residential programmes run at selected times of year rather than continuously.

If no current weekend appears above, you can join updates for future programmes.
