What I can bring to an event

A clear frame still matters

Depending on the setting, Whole in One programmes may include:

Somatic practices and workshops

Accessible introductions to body awareness, regulation, boundaries, orientation and other Somatic Experiencing®-informed themes.

Neuroqueer and affirming programmes

Workshops and conversations exploring nervous-system experience without assuming that difference needs to be corrected.

Babywearing

Practical babywearing demonstrations, focused workshops and support around woven wraps and carrying techniques.

Other Whole in One programmes

Selected coaching, lifestyle or place-based themes may also be adapted for an external setting when the format is a good fit.

A festival or community setting is different from an individual session or closed group.

Each programme is therefore designed around what can realistically and responsibly be offered in that particular space, including:

available time
group size and whether people may join or leave
privacy
noise and sensory environment
physical space
accessibility
language
what kind of participation is optional or expected

Short public programmes do not become individual trauma-processing sessions.

For every confirmed appearance, the event page aims to make the practical frame clear:

exact programme title and short description
date and time
venue
language
accessibility and relevant sensory information
whether the programme is drop-in or requires registration
whether a festival/event ticket is also needed
organiser information where relevant
