Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-based therapy method that helps relieve tension and stress caused by trauma. In SE sessions, the practitioner helps the client notice and influence the bodily sensations that have developed as a result of the trauma. The goal is for the client to learn to regulate their nervous system and regain their zest for life and sense of security. I offer Somatic Experiencing sessions in Vienna, 22nd district, meeting point Saltenbrücke in Donau-Auen National Park. Please note that the regular price is EUR 90.
