Service Description
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-based therapy method that helps relieve tension and stress caused by trauma. In SE sessions, the therapist helps the client notice and influence the bodily sensations that have developed as a result of the trauma. The goal is for the client to learn to regulate his nervous system and regain his zest for life and sense of security. If you are interested in this method, I recommend Somatic Experiencing sessions online. Please note that the regular price is EUR 90. Sliding scale available: 65-90 EUR. Without any reasoning, you can select the sliding scale that suits you on the booking page. If you’re unsure which option to choose, pick the amount that feels both respectful of your own situation and of mine as a practitioner
